The Challenge

Rapid growth meant young professionals moved into leadership positions quickly. They delivered outstanding results as sales professionals, but leadership required a different skill set and more guidance than most had received.

Elevation Group already had a strong development mindset through its “Grow in Life” culture. Still, the organization needed a structured approach to help new managers lead with trust, strengthen retention, and build a culture where teams could grow faster. It also needed to be scalable across countries, so international branches could be included.
